As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile from the receptionist and promptly assisted. The sales assistant, Fabio, was extremely kind and patient. Never pushy! Regardless of what your needs and questions are, they always have the answer and make the experience unpressured, low key and different from other dealerships. I didn't think it could get much better than that until I took my vehicle in for service. The service staff was also very courteous and explained in detail the services performed on my car.
