We were there to buy out our lease and service our truck. We dealt first with Ashley in service. She was very personable and attentive. The service department building was very clean and well maintained. I didn't recall an official check in desk which would have been helpful as I had to look confused before someone asked if I needed help. maintained. Having a specific desk to go to would be helpful (if there was one I must have missed it). When I was helped the personnel was very polite and helpful. Everyone seemed busy but were still nice and respectful. The only thing I am highly upset with is the fact that I made an appointment for a specific problem, sat there for 3 hours with my young child, only to leave with the same problem and seems like it wasn't even addressed. If I didn't HAVE to leave to pick up my other child from school I would have stayed and requested they fix the actual issue that I came in for. I mentioned a few other things which were addressed but wasn't the reason I made the appointment at all. So I ended up paying $170 for a diagnostic test on something I didn't really bring my car in for in the first place. Even though my service rep was very nice I was extremely aggravated BUT I had to leave and I do not like confrontation. I'm even looking to buy a new Nissan today but I am not happy with the way my appointment was handled. I even feel like I specified over a couple times the reason I brought my car in but still left with the same exact problem. So I have to come back AGAIN when it should have been taken care of at my original appointment. More
I went to the Nissan dealer since I was scheduled for the oil change and they didn’t even know I had an appointment the wait was super long and no one did the oil change right I had to go to the mechanic sin oil change and they didn’t even know I had an appointment the wait was super long and no one did the oil change right I had to go to the mechanic since the light was still on for the oil change. Very dissatisfied and I won’t recommend anyone to get their oil change there again. More
