We have been customers of this dealership for the past 8 years and enjoyed good service. This past service was not to previous standard, I was bounced around being sent to the parts department to check on a years and enjoyed good service. This past service was not to previous standard, I was bounced around being sent to the parts department to check on a part that was in a recall notice, when I asked the advisor about the recall that was not corrected in the previous service he could not find it (although we had received a letter) we finally gave up and left. Not the best experience. More
