I am grateful for the excellent customer service at Weston Nissan Service Center. I have two Nissans, a 2014 Sentra and a 2020 Altima and I've been bringing my cars there for service since 2014, and th Weston Nissan Service Center. They check and recheck to make sure that my cars get the very best, most assured work. They keep me up to date and in the loop and that's a great comfort to me as a woman. They need to stop using the excuse that they do not have any rentals or loaners for there customers because of COVID I had to wait 3 weeks to get my car serviced. What if I had a emergency problem with my any rentals or loaners for there customers because of COVID I had to wait 3 weeks to get my car serviced. What if I had a emergency problem with my car? Are they going to say sorry we don't have any loaners. Even when they sold the car and the EXTRA warranty they sold you that you can not use because the owner of WESTON NISSAN IS TOO CHEAP TO STEP UP AND TAKE CARE OF HIS CUSTOMERS. THAT HE SOLD THEM ON SERVICE CONTRACT THAT THEY MUST WAIT 3 WEEKS TO GET A RENTAL CAR OR A LOANER TO SERVICE THEIR CAR I BET THEY DON'T SAY THAT WHEN THEY ARE SELLING YOU A CAR.
