Not up to their usual standards. While the employees were friendly as usual, typically, when I take my car in for service, at least the driver side & front passenger side are vacuumed While the employees were friendly as usual, typically, when I take my car in for service, at least the driver side & front passenger side are vacuumed, and the dashboard panel cleaned. None of that was done this time around. It's the little things like that that matter in customer service. More

Disappointed however helpful I brought my van into the shop for and oil change, transmission drop and fill and I was informed that they will also serve a recall on my drivers side I brought my van into the shop for and oil change, transmission drop and fill and I was informed that they will also serve a recall on my drivers side airbag. After all the above services were completed as well as the changing of my brake pads I checked the final bill and noticed that there was an $80+ charge for the recall... I have never in my life paid for any vehicle that I owed for a recall. I was very disappointed with the charge and the fact I was not aware nor informed that I would have to pay this nor the amount. Overall helpful staff and they did a great job. More

Last minute need for service that was EXCELLENT !!! Needed to find and eliminate a rattling noise in my wife's SUV before our trip...
