Used car purchase/ follow up inspection. Purchased a certified used Altima. After a few hundred miles the brakes were sounding horrible. I asked for a reinspection since the certified inspection showed them as almost new. They discovered they were in almost new condition however they were not Nissan parts. Changed the brake pads out at an extreme discount. Very happy. More

The service agent who helped me was not only professional, but also friendly and personable. The waiting room is undergoing remodeling, so expect the area to be a little tight on space, but clean. There is a coffee machine with every possible coffee option imaginable, which is great, but the best part was the fast WiFi that did not require a difficult sign in and I was able to work while I waited for my vehicle. Even though my service was lengthy, Erickson kept informed of the progress and estimated time of delivery of my car often enough as not to make me feel I had waited long. Overall, since my car was under warranty, I did not have to pay anything, which made the experience even better! More
Oil change service was excellent and fast. What Nissan needs to improve is for tinting window service, which is horrible to make an appointment, always it was a service was excellent and fast. The seller promised me to get a free tinting window but the guy always was busy to accommodate my time for the service. More
