Afert drop off my car and been told to go inside and someone will come and let me know, I waited for 28 minutes for the Nissan Rep, a couple customers that got in after me, were call before me, then the someone will come and let me know, I waited for 28 minutes for the Nissan Rep, a couple customers that got in after me, were call before me, then the Nissan rep Omar Gonzalez told me when I did ask him how long, he reply to me that will take 1.30 to 2.00 hours, I did ask him why?, he reply that they were really busy, that I pick a wrong day to have my service done, I told that I’ll wait outside, I sat down outside, my car was parked for 1.45 hours, and then in 32 minutes, they inspected AC filters, tires, radiator, brake fluid, which all of them I did changed, and Nissan want around $400.00, also never paid over $70.00 for oil change…was the first time in over 10 years that I was so mad about the service… More

The service department was very efficient. They met me right as I pulled in. I went and sat down within 10 minutes. They were telling me what they were gonna do to my car I signed.
