I think I have already given the feedback you have been asking for. Ask Luis in your service department, a fenomenal guy In a service department that is focus in providing no service at all but bulling their customers. The way he has treated my wife is just unacceptable. Making fun her, really? . Your service is horrible. You have to walk the talk. If you don't have people to replace a tire you are not worth it. And the attitude of your service department people is critical.
