Going the Extra Mile! I've always enjoyed great customer service every time I've taken my car in to Westside Lexus for routine maintenance. My last visit was a week or so after torrential rains and widespread flooding in Houston and the surrounding areas. So many people had vehicles affected by high water and I wasn't sure the service department would have the band-width to handle a simple 15,000 mile warranty service job. They not only got me scheduled for the same day I called, but after taking my car back to be worked on, I realized I'd left my phone in it. When I asked the young lady at the counter if someone could retrieve it for me, she not only assured me they would be happy to get it for me -- she personally went to find it and it was in my hands within minutes along with an update on the status of my car. My car with ready within a very short period, washed, and ready to go. Westside Lexus has more than earned my business. Their employees always greet me with a smile and treat me with respect. They keep you informed on the status of your car, whether you choose to wait in their comfortable waiting room or call if you elect to use a loaner car. More

Early Service Interval was a Breeze I came in for a 10,000 mile service. Nothing major, just a checkup and oil change. I had a service there in March 2015 with Jason Bibbs One word: excellent. However, I have a negative comment about Westside Lexus collision center. I had a service there in March 2015 with Jason Bibbs for my LS 600hL. He did not provide a good service and made me unsatisfied. My car was in his bodyshop for a week, when it was done and I came to pick up my car, I found out that there were 2 new crashes on my driver door (these new crashes did not exist before) and asked him to touch up for me, but he tried to deny the responsibility. Since then, Jason Bibbs has refused to serve me for any body repairs of my LX 570 and Ls 600hL. More
