My wife and I were in the market for a convertible to have for the upcoming summer season. I started looking on line and found a 2007 BMW 3 28i with 23,800 miles at Weymouth Auto Mall. The dealership is about 50 miles from our home and not in the state where we live, but the car looked great and the milage was incredilbly low. We had to make the trip. Derek was very pleasant and helpful with our questions and concerns. After a test drive I told them that I felt a vibration at 60 mph. They said that they would look into it and call me when they had an answer. After an alignment Derek told me that the problem was taken care of. I took his word and didn't even test drive it again. After negociating with Derek and Aaron, the GM we settled on a price. We have purchased many new and used cars and have had all of the bad experiences possible. After buying my 2010 Toyota Highlander from salesman Steve, and manager Aaron last week, I can honestly say I am impressed with the honesty, friendliness, and professionalism of these folks! My experience began with a tel call to the dealership, where I first chatted with Steve, and I started to realize that there was no "High pressure", just what I really wanted, which was accurate, reliable information on the car I was interested in. Later that day, I was able to make the long trip down to see Steve, and I was immediately aware that something was different about Weymouth Automall. I was given the rock-bottom price up front, which was lower than any comparable vehicle I had looked at any place else. After a quick test drive of a clean, well serviced car, Steve and I were able to come to a deal, without the hassle of back & forth visits to the sales manager. A carfax was offered, which I appreciated, and after a couple of small requests were met by the sales team, the deal was done, and they had made me a customer. A few days later, I came to pick up a washed & vacuumed, shiny Highlander, with my paperwork and registration ready, and no surprises. I had the pleasure of talking at length with Aaron , and told him that I appreciated the stress free experience, and he explained his desire to put the customer at ease, and to speak with them as regular people, and not talk down to them, as other dealers I had visited. There is no elevated sales manager's counter, no reason for the buyer to feel small, and I told Aaron and Steve that they were doing it right, and that I wished more people would make the trip to Weymouth Automall.
