Marlita has always been a great person to work with! She explains things to me so I understand them and is very honest about my options. The service department has always been very accomodating with my needs and their time and efforts are greatly appreciated!!!

when i called to get my car in for an oil change, they were able to get me in within a couple of days. when they found that a filter needed to be changed, they called me right away to explain what they had found. my car was done when promised.

They make it so easy to drop off your vehicle for work, even giving you a ride to and from work. They kept me updated on the cost as needed so there was no sticker shock when I went to pick up the car.

I had a great experience. The staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. I walked in without an appointment, which I know won't happen for everyone. But they were able to replace all 4 tires in an hour. I came from out of town, my tires were in dire need of replacement. Thank you to all for your fast, and professional service.

Today was my second time I used Wheelers for service (bought a used car today and needed to have some work done on it). It was a great experience - work was done on time, shop was well organized, prices were fair, and I can tell the people who work there are experts. Who works on your car matters. I will continue to use Wheelers.
