We are from out of State and were almost to Marshfield when we noticed a vibration at highway speeds. We stopped at Wheelers of Marshfield. They took our Escalade right in, found the problem - one u-joint strap on front u-joint was off, the other one loose - fixed the problem and we were back on the road in hour. The visit was good. It went in for a oil change but they found a leak of the power train and the breaks needed fixing. Excellent trouble shooting for bad wheel bearings. Recently we had a problem with a vent valve which caused the "gas cap loose" message to come on. Although the warrant had expired on our vehicle & because we have low mileage on it, Wheelers replaced the f the "gas cap loose" message to come on. Although the warrant had expired on our vehicle & because we have low mileage on it, Wheelers replaced the faulty canister vent valve as a goodwill gesture. We have bought 3 vehicles from Wheelers & have always been treat courteously. Marlita & others in the Service Dept. are always friendly & accomodating to our needs. Although we live an hour away we wouldn't think of going to any other dealer. More

I am giving this dealership a +++ rating because of the way they went above and beyond to get my vehicle repaired. It could of been really simple and quite understandable to say "this sensor or part is ba way they went above and beyond to get my vehicle repaired. It could of been really simple and quite understandable to say "this sensor or part is bad and needs repair". But Marlita went above and beyond letting me know that (a) the part was not under warranty but (b) they would take it through GM and the service and part repair would be done for me at "NO COST". That is amazing and a wonderful incentive to stay with this dealership. I came to Wheelers to look at new vehicles, little did I know I would get my "old" car fixed at a price far below a trusted mechanic I had been using in my hometown. Ben was wonderful, I had my quote from my "trusted" mechanic and he quickly told me what I needed done and what I did not need done. My car was worked on that very same day at a price I could live with. As a single woman I can't thank him enough, my car runs great and I sold it the next day with peace of mind that it had been checked over by a new "trusted" mechanic. I will be back at Wheeler's for all my needs, even though it is a forty mile drive for me. but hopefully not soon as I purchase a brand new Chev Equinox from them and am entirely happy with my deal, service and new found friends, Quite the "Wheeler" family to be part of, thank you all so much again, I will tell all my friends More
