New 2013 Equinox LT2.....Deal was OK-as good as any other dealership I checked. Logistics / geography saved it (close to home). Sales rep relatively knowledgeable - did not understand climate control system dealership I checked. Logistics / geography saved it (close to home). Sales rep relatively knowledgeable - did not understand climate control system and could not explain $100 "service fee" imposed at delivery that I had not been advised on prior. He did, however still charge it. He seemed most knowledgeable on the electronic gadgets-onstar, blu-tooth, etc. The first offer lowballed the trade severely. Somebody named "Mary" actually left a voice message and made the deal workable. I never had the opportunity to meet Mary. Vehicle at delivery was acceptable. Dealership did a wash job on exterior and perhaps a quick vac but the glass was filthy inside. Overall everyone was very friendly to a new car buyer, deal was OK not fabulous, auto was acceptable, delivery acceptable but I left feeling as though I did not really meet the individual that sold me the car. Buying a $30K+ auto is a big deal in my household, but seemed pretty trivial to the dealership. No service yet to report on. More

Overall a great experience. Was not even seriously in the market for a new truck , just stopped in while passing through. I had sent emails to several dealers asking for a price on a 2012 Silverado. I had attached to the email a list of specific options I was looking for. Other dealers that I had contacted took thier time in responding. I had one dealer that when advised on the pricing I had received whet off the deep end and said that I was not dealing with a qualified dealer and that I could not expect to receive warrenty coverage. When pressed to give me his price he quoted X dollars over his invoice but no straight dollors and cents price. Mark and Wheelers were exceptionally pleasant to work with I experienced no pressure to buy. Best deal, best dealer. More
