Eli made the whole experience easy, without stress, and fun with his spectacular outgoing personality! I have never felt so confident purchasing a big item! Our experience was so wonderful, we recommend Wheelers to all friends looking for a vehicle...and we're over 2 hours away! My husband & I decided next time we need a vehicle, we'll be calling Eli! AWESOME Customer Service We were looking for a used vehicle within a certain price range. I had been looking for the perfect vehicle for 4 years. Eli was the kindest, heart We were looking for a used vehicle within a certain price range. I had been looking for the perfect vehicle for 4 years. Eli was the kindest, heartwarming salesperson I have ever met. Asking us all the right questions so he could understand what I was looking for. Personal preferance questions, not just the basics. We had a few to choose from. We narrowed it down to 1 we liked. He talked to ME, knowing the vehicle was for me amd not my husband. That was a major bonus. My husband and I took a test drive and came back with questions. Eli answered them all. He even knew the previous owner and why they traded the vehicle in, growing family. What more can you ask for? The last issue was the price. It was a bit higher than what I wanted to pay, but Eli even went onto a site to show us the cost was better than the average. Who would do that? After looking into all the adjustments, fees and trade in, the cost was extrememly close to what I could pay to pay today. Eli did everything possible to make sure I went home with my "new" used vehicle that day and was happy with my decision. Thanks Eli!!! More
