We were very impressed with both Wheelers dealership and our salesman, Nat. We were shopping for a car for our parents and felt confident they would receive the help they needed when they had questions base our salesman, Nat. He listened well and searched for the car we were looking for. It was great to not have to haggle over price as the first price they gave us was what we had felt would be fair - there was no need for negotiations. Nat was very patient with my parents when they picked up the car and did a good job of anticipating what they would need to know. Nat called both my parents and us the next day to follow up and offer to answer any questions that had risen. The rest of the staff at the dealership were also very accommodating of our needs and even gave our dog treat! They went out of their way to get the information needed for paper work before the pick up date for the car, so everything went smoothly and efficiently on pick up day. This is a very friendly dealership that clearly goes out of their way to provide top notch customer service. More

We were truck shopping and had gotten a quote from a Ford dealer and stopped at Wheelers to see what they had available. We were impressed with the quick, friendly service that we received and ended up purchasing one of the vehicles. I drive 45 miles to work each way. my vehicle broke down and i had no way of getting home. i contacted Wheelers as i have a GM car. it was late in the day and i was in a jam. We were in the market for a good used vehicle for a good price. We went all the way to Wausau and wasted half of our day dealing with one of the rudest sales people I have ever dealt with. As we drove back to Medford we stopped and checked every dealership on the way, even went to all the dealers in Medford and still no one was able to help us. We went to Wheelers just to see what they had. My husband was looking at a vehicle Nat came over, handed us the keys and let us take it for a test drive, no questions asked, just nice as could be. We didn't find it to be a great fit Nat said if we didn't love it, it wasn't the car for us. We kept looking then our son took my husband over to a 2011 Dodge Caliber that was nicely priced. We took it out for a drive and really liked it. Nat worked with everyone to get us the vehicle. He got us a great price, really good rate and a low monthly payment. He also was amazing at accommodating our son and his special way with things. I really appreciate everything he did for us. It was the best experience I have ever had at any dealership. More
