Great Dealership & Service Department Staff is so friendly and courteous. They treat you as some one special. They always take time to answer any questions you may have. Recall and oil change, check all fluids and grease. Service Manager and mechanics were friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. I was provided with a 2016 Trax as a courtesy car. Upon telling of my pleasant experience with the staff, a couple of friends stated they will definitely take their vehicles there for any service work. Oil change and tire rotation I just had my oil changed and tires rotated. Just the normal maintenance. It went fine. Great Service Department This August we took an 8,800 mile road trip across America and through New Brunswick, Quebec and Ontario. On our way back to California, our 2016 Spa This August we took an 8,800 mile road trip across America and through New Brunswick, Quebec and Ontario. On our way back to California, our 2016 Spark started demanding an oil change. We were crossing Wisconsin, stopping at various small town dealerships, all which were too busy to accommodate us without a wait that would knock us off schedule. Wheelers was just as busy, but at the moment we inquired a lift happened to open, so they graciously squeezed us in. We walked down 8th Street to Moosie's Ice Cream Parlor and returned to Wheelers twenty minutes later to find Kala (our Kalamata kolored Spark) waiting for us, oil changed, tires rotated and general inspection done. Heather had the paperwork ready, Craig gave us parts numbers for our future do-it-yourself oil changes, and Butch came out of the shop to offer the best way to our destination that day. If our local Chevrolet dealer service was half as good I'd be pleased. The service department at Wheelers Chervrolet made our day and our drive through Wisconsin most memorable. More
Stay Away Had a son that was in Wisconsin Rapids that needed assistance. Mary Jo was our contact. Due to distance we were not able to get to the dealership. Over the course of 6 weeks of leaving messages and sending emails we never were able to accomplish our business with Mary Jo. She never returns calls or responds to emails. This woman has no business working with the public. If you have a choice when selecting a car dealership, I truly hope that you take your business elsewhere. From the experience we have had with Mary Jo, we will do everything we can to let others know our experience trying to work with her. When we get back to the area it will be a pleasure to go in and discuss our frustration with her. Please, take your business elsewhere or work with someone else! Disgrace to the industry. More

Service tech. Josh Strebe found and fixed it on the first try. The people in the service dept. actually listen to your description of the problem and ask intelligent questions with out trying to blow smoke. I only wish I had come to them sooner. More
