Four trips to the service department, and it turns out the entire air compressor needed to be replaced--a $1,000 repair. I appreciate that the technician advocated for Prime to cover half the cost, but I still had to pay $450 for an air conditioner that did not work when I purchased the car. That's disappointing. More
