They take the time to explain problems and explore solutions in a way that makes me feel very involved in the service, despite knowing next to nothing about cars. Sonya at White River even took extra time to contact Subaru for me during my last visit (completely unprompted) to make sure that I was getting the most out of my soon-to-expire warranty. I have been a customer at WR Subaru for 5 years. Bought a 2016 Honda CR-V there.
