Stay away from this dealership unless you don’t mind waisting your time and money. Called about bad wheel bearings. They couldn’t get me in for 2 weeks. Day of appointment they had me wait 2 hours whil waisting your time and money. Called about bad wheel bearings. They couldn’t get me in for 2 weeks. Day of appointment they had me wait 2 hours while they diagnosed that it did indeed have really bad rear wheel bearings. They said they had to order the part and would need to reschedule me. I asked why they didn’t have any in stock seeings I told them when I made the appointment what the problem was. The service rep then said they didn’t have anyone who could do them that day. So I drove a hour to get there and sat 2 hours for nothing. They also gave me list of other bs problems. I know they’re bs because I maintain my vehicle. Last time I was at this dealership I went in to have my power seat fixed because it stopped working. They told me it needed a new wiring harness but said Subaru doesn’t sell the wiring harness that I would need to buy a whole new seat. Told them to forget it. When I got home I looked up wiring harness in Subaru Wholesale and there it was for $50. I fixed that myself. I drove another 2 hours to another dealership who are happy to work on my car same day.
