I dropped off my Forester late in the day for it’s 7 a.m. appt. the next morning. It looked like other people had the same idea, because both lines were full. An employee came out within a few minutes and asked what I needed and said she’d find the next available service advisor. Within a few minutes Benjamin was at my door. He was very friendly, listened to the other concerns I had and took notes. It was an pleasant drop off experience. Within two hours of my appointment time the next morning, he had called and let me know what services my vehicle needed. Luckily, it turned out that all of the parts were in stock, and the service was performed the same day. I picked up my car just before closing. Once again, everyone inside was so nice! I will definitely be back. More
