When summer arrived, the A/C didn't work--only blowing hot air when the outside temperature climbed above 85. Four trips to the service department, and it turns out the entire air compressor needed to be replaced--a $1,000 repair. I appreciate that the technician advocated for Prime to cover half the cost, but I still had to pay $450 for an air conditioner that did not work when I purchased the car. That's disappointing. More

Air conditioner repair-under warranty A/C went out on my 2017 Forrester. Prime was able to get it in and repaired (it was the condenser) the same day I called, which was amazing.
