Trustworthy, competent, efficient I purchased my 2018 Forester from Prime Subaru in Norwich and continue to use them for service. The service department is great. I am always impressed I purchased my 2018 Forester from Prime Subaru in Norwich and continue to use them for service. The service department is great. I am always impressed by how they walk customers through the issues with a vehicle and the various options for repair, including the urgency and the different costs associated each decision. No pressure. Safety is a focus. More

great accommodation to get a quick oil change I called on a Friday morning to get an oil change at the last minute before driving my son to his freshman year in college in PA. They told me that th I called on a Friday morning to get an oil change at the last minute before driving my son to his freshman year in college in PA. They told me that they could fit me in sometime in the afternoon. I arrived at 3pm walked to Norwich to do some shopping and by the time I came back my car was finished and they also rotated the tires! I was very grateful knowing that my car was ready for the trip. Air conditioner repair-under warranty A/C went out on my 2017 Forrester. Prime was able to get it in and repaired (it was the condenser) the same day I called, which was amazing. Wrong service, annoyed sales person Scheduled a synthetic oil change online, waited an hour (no problem, I expected that). My 1 year old son walked with a toy onto the sales floor (where Scheduled a synthetic oil change online, waited an hour (no problem, I expected that). My 1 year old son walked with a toy onto the sales floor (where there were no customers present) and dropped a toy which was somewhat loud, and one the sales people looked at me and him then rolled her eyes at us as if I knew he was going to drop the toy... okay I guess I will buy my next car somewhere else... Once I checked out I drove off and glanced at the paperwork and my sticker, I received a conventional oil change per the paperwork and sticker. I called and they said they didn’t see any notes in their system about synthetic (the service I have email conf of booking), and then told me that I can go 6,000 miles on conventional in my car. I told them my sticker said 3,000 and I have always used synthetic, their solution was to give me a new sticker with the correct numbers. Will not go back, I have had these issues with having to remind them to do the service I scheduled, synthetic oil changes, multiple times, my sticker is almost always wrong. once they told me they billed and put sticker for conventional but that it was really synthetic. Probably the biggest turn off was the woman rolling her eyes at a long term customer who is in the market for the new ascent... More
