I bought my truck from the Nissan lot. A couple days after I bought it I noticed it had an exhaust leak. I called the sales person I delt with all I got was to call the service department several times after I bought it I noticed it had an exhaust leak. I called the sales person I delt with all I got was to call the service department several times I called him with an issue he said I needed to call the service department they need to learn some customer service at the Nissan lot. Ricky Phillips at the service department is the only person that helped me with the problem. He keep me up dated on the progress with my truck. They got it fixed in a reasonable amount of time. It was just as clean when I picked it up as when I dropped it off. Couldn't even tell it had been worked on or that anyone was ever in it I was very pleased with the service department as for the Nissan lot they could learn some customer service. I will not buy from there again More
