Tim made sure to document all of the necessary items that needed to be addressed for the 60,000 mile check up. He then checked the car's status and let me know he'd be checking in during the service. Upon needed to be addressed for the 60,000 mile check up. He then checked the car's status and let me know he'd be checking in during the service. Upon completion, he let me know the vehicle was complete and would come and get me when the paperwork was done. This process took awhile because he was swamped, but did connect. Everything was completed as requested. I received copies of the documentation and was escorted to a nice clean vehicle. Thank you! More
