They are fantastic. I worked with Madeline in the service department and she went above and beyond. I took my new Jeep wrangler in for an oil change and it had an engine I worked with Madeline in the service department and she went above and beyond. Had my car serviced for bad airbag, took for ever. I had to repeatedly call to find out what was going on with my vehicle. Got an email saying my parts had arrived on a Thursday, then was called Monda I had to repeatedly call to find out what was going on with my vehicle. Got an email saying my parts had arrived on a Thursday, then was called Monday asking when I was going to drop my vehicle off. It had already been there for two weeks. They were surprised to find out my car was there. Then waited another few days and picked up on Friday. Once picked up, my passive door locks were not working. Went back to see if I could have the problem looked at and was told to make another appointment in order for the problem to be addressed. And was treated like it was my problem. Choose not to do so, and will not be bringing my car back again. More
