Well , we are happy that we took the car to your place . Ford didn’t want to even give a look to my car . He told us that could take up to two weeks . We previously had a very bad experience with them month Ford didn’t want to even give a look to my car . He told us that could take up to two weeks . We previously had a very bad experience with them months ago . But we decided to take back there after Firestone told us that they were not able to fix the car . Your department jumped on right away , they even offer me a ride to pennyrile Ford to retrieve my other car . Very great service, finally I was treated like a real customer and not like a number. Customer service is a plus in your department. I ‘ll recommend to my coworkers and my wife at our colleagues and soldiers at fort Campbell. We really happy with your Team and keep doing this great job and assist our Community. This is what we need at Hopkinsville , great people , great customer service . God Bless you All. More
