I had a 7:45 apt. Called at 1:16pm to check progress and they didn't realize I had an appointment!!! When I finally picked up vehicle for replacement headlights, they Called at 1:16pm to check progress and they didn't realize I had an appointment!!! When I finally picked up vehicle for replacement headlights, they told me "we can't adjust the headlights." WHAT!!!! I drove home in the dark with one headlight aiming at the shoulder and one aiming at the oncoming lane. Totally dark in front of vehicle!!!! So now I have taken vehicle to another dealership !!!! Very disappointed and probably will not be back. More
