I was promised a quick turnaround because I was stranded out of town. However, I had to call back and get an update, since the original rep didn't reply. After realizing the issue was going to require more out of town. However, I had to call back and get an update, since the original rep didn't reply. After realizing the issue was going to require more repair time and ordering parts, the manager was incredible! He explained the situation, worked with Chrysler warranty and answered all my questions. The Van and I are safely back in Richmond, VA. More
