Recently I had a ton of wiring done on my truck. I have to admit that the first time I met Lauren, I was not a fan. She 100% redeemed herself and was an amazing part of my repair process. She made this whole process less stressful for me, which means a lot since my husband is deployed and it's just me and my 4 kids. The vehicle itself and the deal-making process were, and are, very good. The concern is that I was offered a protection package as part of the deal and then that offer was rescinded when I chose to accept are, very good. The excuse for rescinding the offer was “we would have to redo all of the paperwork”. I responded to the owner loyalty manager’s email thanking me for the purchase and she has not responded. It is unacceptable to offer a customer a product and then rescind the offer without a valid reason (it would have taken 5 minutes to re-print the purchase paperwork). More
