Horrible, had to make 2 separate appts for warranty work, the first one had Monday 8am appt dropped truck off on Sunday night left town got back Tuesday morn and truck was never looked at n pushed off to the the first one had Monday 8am appt dropped truck off on Sunday night left town got back Tuesday morn and truck was never looked at n pushed off to the side n forgotten about, 2nd appt never got a call to let me know the truck was finished a d could be picked up, when I complained they told me that my next oil change was on them, made the appt dropped the truck off n the morn well ahead of my appt time, showed up 1.5 hours after my appt time to find out once again my appt time was pushed off n forgotten about, the service writer said they don’t make appt only drop off times, needless to say I’ll never do business with this dealer again More
