Bought used SUV that was missing a cover in the engine bay. Was in the contract to replace it but they never replaced it. Service department broke off a sensor in my catalytic converter and tried to cha bay. Was in the contract to replace it but they never replaced it. Service department broke off a sensor in my catalytic converter and tried to charge me for it even though it was covered under warranty and destroyed by there shop. Then when they did replace it the failed to tighten the O2 sensor up. Failed to take responsibility for their mistake and we’re extremely rude. Bottom line worst dealership I’ve ever been to and I make sure I tell as many people as I can to stay away. More
