I am beyond pleased and satisfied with the customer service, performance, professionalism, understanding, patience, and so many more qualities from the team of Jason, Kevin, and Chris. I came in with a service, performance, professionalism, understanding, patience, and so many more qualities from the team of Jason, Kevin, and Chris. I came in with a very concerning issue with my truck and they did what needed to be done to make it happen and get my truck fixed on 12/3. I came back in today 12/4 to get an additional part replaced that was discussed on 12/3 due to the part did not arrive until today and I was in and out in less than an hour and Kevin also answered a few questions I had and both Kevin and Jason kept me in the loop of the status of my vehicle over the past two days. Chris was great too, very polite and explained everything because I believe he was on another job. Lastly, everyone I came in contact with or came across with were all helpful, friendly, and kind. I will continue to only come to Sisk Ram of Hopkinsville. Superior excellence and great people. More

This went on over a few month time period. Im a med retired vet and have to save money for the repairs. It was 3-10-21 and I took my F150 to sisk for a slight vibration in the front end. They call me retired vet and have to save money for the repairs. It was 3-10-21 and I took my F150 to sisk for a slight vibration in the front end. They call me back there and inform me that I need new brakes all around the rotors turned and the vibration is coming from the passenger rear tire is lobed, out of round. The note on my paperwork did not say that. They said due to a flat spot on the tire. Completly wrong there was no flat spot.and I did not believe the tire was bad. I would have noticed a flat spot remember they said lobed not a flat spot. They call me back and tell me my truck is done and ready to go. GRAND TOTAL $950. I get in my truck to leave and when I put it in drive and take my foot off the brake the truck does not move, I put it in reverse and same thing a little gas and it moves. I informed the service rep and he tells me it is because of the new pads and rotors its a little tight and have to wear down. Ive done some break jobs and never heard that. I drive home and big SURPRISE still a slight vibration IN THE FRONT END. We have to leave for FL new grand baby. The truck seems ok, still the slight vibration and pulling a little to the left when I press the brakes but nothing crazy I thought. The whole time my truck was still not rolling forward or reverse unless a little gas and it goes. We get home and we are trying not trying to drive the truck too much. Nothing crazy just did not want to make it worse. So we end up taking the truck to Hopkinsville and on the way the truck starts bucking a few seconds later smoke comes out from the front drivers side tire, pretty easy to diagnose myself, seized caliper. I call sisk and the service department was closed and I believe it was a Saturday. sisk sends a tow truck and he takes my vehicle to sisk. They call me back and tell me I need just for the drivers front only a new caliper new front pads rotor re turned and replace a collapsed brake line. On 7-13-21 they are done and I get my truck. $872.43!!! I then ask about the vibration and the service rep tells me it was because of the caliper. I'm SORRY I thought it was the $320 tire on the passenger rear, hmmm. I get in my truck and leave and guess what I put my truck in gear and it MOVES when I simply let off the brake. Like it has always done. So it would seem the caliper was starting to seize when I picked it up the first time. So now I'm at $1832.43 and when I drive the truck home still a vibration. This is totally ridiculous at this point. It was nothing they diagnosed had me waste money on an unnecessary $320 tire when mine was obviously fine since I still have the issue. and again no flat spot. We were very pro sisk. In the past 4 or so years we have bought 3 new cars from them and pretty much took our vehicles to them for service. After this I do not believe we will be going back to sisk for anything anytime soon. Good luck!!!. Thank you. More
