This has been by far the worst service experience I have ever experienced at White’s Auto Mall. There was one service writer trying to juggle all the customers and give updates on the vehicle status. I was promised my vehicle would be on the rack 3 different days and never happened. An appointment was made but once the purchased part arrived there was priority to get the work done. Service like this is how you drive away returning customers. The service writers need better support and the department needs better management. If you are going to keep a customers vehicle for an unknown amount of time give them updates and don’t make them call you for an update. I am highly disappointed in this service visit. More

I brought my vehicle in at the last minute for a fuel sensor issue after hours and was processed for service the next day right on the spot. I left the vehicle with the dealership and by 9am the next day sensor issue after hours and was processed for service the next day right on the spot. I left the vehicle with the dealership and by 9am the next day I was getting regular updates from Tim, my service advisor. By 3pm the vehicle was repaired and just in time as I was getting ready to use it on a cross-country trip. The service manager and Tim were excellent and helped me in my time of need. The service was excellent and the vehicle was repaired as requested with no issues afterwards. More
