It took me six months to have my truck repaired. After the initial diagnosis, no parts were ordered. When I called to inquire as to where the parts were the manager told me I had to bring it in agai After the initial diagnosis, no parts were ordered. When I called to inquire as to where the parts were the manager told me I had to bring it in again for a new diagnosis because that were absolutely no record of my vehicle being there the first time. Despite bringing the vehicle in two times, no one in the service department is able to provide me with a copy of the technical inspection that is supposed to be completed on the vehicle they just say “the techs do them, we just don’t provide copies anymore” which leads me to believe they don’t do required technical inspections at all. More
