Extremely disappointed with the professionalism and honesty of this dealership. I brought my 2018 Jeep renegade in for a motor recall at the beginning of the year. They did the oil consumption inspecti honesty of this dealership. I brought my 2018 Jeep renegade in for a motor recall at the beginning of the year. They did the oil consumption inspection and originally told me that I needed a replacement motor. Then I get told that the paperwork was submitted incorrectly and needed to have a repeat inspection. This time my motor did not meet requirements and no longer needs to be replaced. I did not understand why the change occurred until I asked and was round about told that they had an employee who was forging warranty claims for the commission. I paid almost $200 for an unnecessary oil change and inspection and am now not getting a replacement motor as previously told. I originally considered trading in my Renegade for a larger car due to my family expanding but will be taking my business elsewhere after receiving the runaround. Which is a real shame because Josh is an excellent service provider and the ONLY reason I'm leaving a 2 star rather than 1. More

My Ford sat at their service department for nearly 4 weeks before a tech got to it, long enough to drain the battery. Once they finally got to it for a transmission related issue, they pretty much said, weeks before a tech got to it, long enough to drain the battery. Once they finally got to it for a transmission related issue, they pretty much said, "we don't work on Fords". They didn't even bother to visually inspect the transmission for basic transmission services like fluids and filter. In fairness, I did take it to a Mopar dealership but that's where I purchased my car. They shouldn't have accepted to see my vehicle in the first place if they don't service non Mopar vehicles. Now I need to wait another month for a Ford dealership to look at my car. More
