It's really hard for me to accept what boils down to changing the spark plugs in my car cost $1400. That is nothing short of robbery. After having White's run diagnostics on my car several different times, they told me it was 3 different parts (O2 Sensor, Negative Battery Cable, and Alternator) that would fix my issue. About $2,400 late different times, they told me it was 3 different parts (O2 Sensor, Negative Battery Cable, and Alternator) that would fix my issue. About $2,400 later they return the car back to me and tell me they have no idea what is going on and it's not fixed, and they gave me absolutely no information on how I should move forward. Somehow, I am still expected to pay though. I am having a second opinion done on my car and then I plan to go back to White's and demand answers. If that is not successful in providing me any information, I will be seeking legal advice. More
