I went in for an oil change. After an hour and a half I asked if this was normal. Then I was told they were doing recall work. I was not told nor did I give permission for this. Was told I needed a recommended schedule Maintence to drain my brake fluid on 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid with 10,000 miles on it. I scheduled it and then checked my owners manual. No where did it list this drain my brake fluid on 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid with 10,000 miles on it. I scheduled it and then checked my owners manual. No where did it list this is recommended. Therefore I called other Honda dealers and it was advised no, this is not due until 30,000 miles and I should only need to change oil and rotate tires at this low miles , unless there is an issue. I canceled the appt , but felt I was being taken advantage of. I had a great experience buying the car at White’s auto mall but the service dept left a bad taste. More
