The service department, quickly, called me and said my oil usage was at 40% an I took my pilot in for an oil change, I thought it was time for one. Insane amount of money spent. They make sure to charge you for the shop towels they use, to be seems abusive, but I did have my timing belt replaced and noise was gone. With an appointment I waited 2 hours for just an oil change and tire rotation. That's unacceptable. Only one person was working the service department. Being short staffed is not my problem.
