I was charged an outrageous amount for a $100 part installed in 10 minutes. My Frontier had a bad MAF that Amazon sells even cheaper. I under stand the computer hook up but that is done free at the local O’ Rilies and they could have sold me the part. I was prepared to pay between $300 and $400 which is still very high,, but $770 feels like I was robbed. Think my brand loyalty and dealer loyalty changed. More

Robert in Nissan service was excellent with customer service and was very patient while waiting on me to pay by bill off. The major problem was NOT STAFF, it was the attitude and policy of White's Auto service and was very patient while waiting on me to pay by bill off. The major problem was NOT STAFF, it was the attitude and policy of White's Auto Mall Nissan. I took my 2017 Nissan Rogue to be evaluated for a check engine light. They responded with a $1500 quote to resolve the matter. I signed off on the charges and they did not resolve anything. White's then quoted an additional $5700 to replace the catalytic converter and engine after telling me the real problem was a failed converter shot debris into the engine and both were destroyed. I was suddenly notified I owed $1500 and my car problem was still not resolved, but would cost a huge additional amount of money to repair. I immediately had to redirect the $1500, previously set aside to cover the initial quote, toward obtaining adequate transportation for work ect. I asked Nissan Mfg and Whites Auto Mall to find an fair solution since my car was only 6 years old and had been well maintained. I only owed $5000 on the vehicle which booked for $12,500. I assumed there was room for Nissan and White's to back up their product without anyone losing money. Nissan Mfg denied any assistance whatsoever. and the only solutions Whites Auto Mall offered were clearly exploitive and sought to take outrageous financial advantage of my predicament. I had to leave my Nissan with White's for 9 months while I spent my savings on repairing an older truck to guarantee a form of transportation. White's is a huge dealership with plenty of space to allow a vehicle to sit on their lot. Instead of being helpful, White's offered me 90 days to pay the bill in full. When that could not occur they began threatening liens on my vehicle and even sent court papers to my home. Eventually, I was able to gather the funds and paid them in full. However, I will never do business with them again. They do not appear to have any genuine interest in supporting their Nissan products when they fail customers/owners. Their only objective throughout this entire process was to OVER CHARGE and take financial advantage. More
