I dropped my truck off to get some warranty work done on a Friday. They called and told me they had the parts and could get it finished by Monday afternoon. I made arrangements for another vehicle and waite a Friday. They called and told me they had the parts and could get it finished by Monday afternoon. I made arrangements for another vehicle and waited to hear from them. On Monday, around 3 pm I called to check on it and they told me they were getting ready to start it. I was upset. Tuesday, having trouble, probably ready on Wednesday. Wednesday, still struggling, probably Thursday. Thursday, still struggling and finally asked someone else for help, talked to the manager and assured me it would be ready Friday. Friday, they call and tell me it is ready. I go in to pick it up and still not working. I spent another hour sitting in the heat while they finished the job. And after a little more than 1 week, the 1 day job is finished and I have my truck back. More
