I recently had what I thought was the alternator go out in my CRV. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was told it would be about a week, before the department could get me in. After I was able to in my CRV. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was told it would be about a week, before the department could get me in. After I was able to borrow a friends vehicle to drive, my wife and I brought mine to the dealership on a Tuesday night and left it.( the 8th ; appt, was the 14th) That Wednesday, I received a call from service that they had determined it was the starter, not the alternator. I gave the go ahead to fix it and by that afternoon my vehicle was ready for pick up. Due to my schedule, I wasn’t able to pick it up until late Thursday, however, I was so happy that the service dept., staff were able to work my car in ahead of schedule and get me back on the road. Tyler hepp was my service advisor had a very bad experience with him wouldn’t return my calls or keep in touch with me. When he had up dates. On my vehicle. Only reason my car even got fixed. Asked his parts department if they had the parts in stock and they did and they saved them for me they had them the whole time and. Made me wait 2 months. Everyone else. And the staff seemed great.
