Purchased a new Honda Pilot one year ago. We took it in this week for 20,000 mile service. We also had it scheduled the next day at Ziebart. The dealership delivered our car to Ziebart picked We took it in this week for 20,000 mile service. We also had it scheduled the next day at Ziebart. The dealership delivered our car to Ziebart picked it back up and returned it to the dealership. When we picked the car up it had been detailed and they had filled the gas tank up. Best we have ever been treated at a car dealership. Excellent sales and service staff. More
My car was still broke and I had to make another trip to lima. I noticed the noise when I left the parking lot. Steve in service never called me the month or more it took to get my car fixed. I’d wait weeks, call him myself and the warranty company had approved or the part had come in.
