The people are very courteous, friendly, polite, and attentive to everyone. Keep you well informed of the progress on your vehicle. The work that was done to my vehicle was great. The communication with the workers was not. I was led to believe my vehicle would be done earlier than it was. This caused me to make an extra trip. A guy told me they could leave the keys in the vehicle because it would be after-hours by the time I could pick it up. They didn't. I had to come back a third time. I live 45 minutes away so it was a real pain. I left two voicemails with two separate workers. Neither was returned. And the one woman was screwing around on her phone when I walked in, so she obviously isn't doing her job if she can't answer messages from customers but can play on her personal device. More
