this center provides excellent service of offering to pick my car up and drop off , this helps me being a doctor at a hospital. Appointments are timely. Improvement on communication when car is at service could be better the person you are directed to talk to is not the person who has really assessed the car so this caused confusion. I had a tire issue and had to get a new tire , the next day it showed low tire pressure which freaked me out as i had a tire blow out on me when i was on free way few months ago. when i called service center they said the gauge was very sensitive and just resetting would work. I was paranoid and was skeptical. I think it would have been better if Honda had done the resetting after service since this was th second time this has happened. It happened at my last service when i had the tire replaced. i am also surprised my car is 2019 and the tires are having little leaks and holes. is it the Tire quality ? More
