Frustrated with service. Long waits and service tech did not let me know that a scheduled maintenance was required. I have also repeatedly corrected contact phone number and email for MY vehicle and somehow my daughter or spouse get the calls verifying appointments etc. My husband tells them every time to call me but they can’t seem to get it right. I laughed about it initially but it has become offensive! This is the 5th car I’ve bought at this dealership. My name is on the Title! More
