Everyone was very friendly, and I felt very comfortable. But they told me I had a light that was on when they got in my car. And as of today I have not seen it on. The has to be the cleanest service department anywhere! There were several items that needed attention on my Ridgeline, but they did not push them, just schedule it when I wanted them done.
