Hands down BEST buying experience!! I was TIRED of driving around my '01 Xterra with no a/c and looking like a poor person so I decided to search for a new car on Autotrader.com.. I came upon the car of my dreams at Wholesale Outlet and thought it was probably out of my reach due to my credit history and the fact that I didn't really want to put a bunch of money down.. I filled out the online finance application and got approved easily even with my not so hot credit history!!! I spoke to JB on the phone and he told me that he could put me in the car no problems and to come check out the car. He even came in on his day off to work with me and was very upfront and honest with me and just a genuine guy who wasn't pressuring me at all.. My girlfriend and I couldn't be more happy both with our purchase and even more how easy and straight up cool JB was to work with!!! Great Inventory, Staff, and Service!!! Initially, we were not to thrilled with the offer for our trade-in (half of what we paid for the vehicle 2 months prior); however the Finance Departme Initially, we were not to thrilled with the offer for our trade-in (half of what we paid for the vehicle 2 months prior); however the Finance Department made the numbers work. Admittedly, the inequity was partially our fault for buying a vehicle that we did not like just two months prior. We did get an AMAZING interest rate which brought us to our ideal monthly payment. Our salesman, James Adams was outstanding! He was very personable and honest. He went above and beyond to make us happy customers. I would also like to add that Wholesale Outlet was one of the very few places that had F250 diesels on their lot, and we did not see one junk car on their lot! I have already recommended this place to my friends and family. More
