Because of his courteous, friendly and honest professionalism a week later I returned with a friend to use James again for their purchase. We were happy with our vehicles but we both learned soon after that we each had small mechanical issues that we were not happy with. My vehicle had a power steering leak and my friend's vehicle had tire pressure warning messages. I was pleasantly surprised that the management at this dealer, one of them I know was, Mike Barse, along with their maintenance manager, Bobby Owens, did not hesitate to fix the issues and at no cost to us. It demonstrated their commitment to the quality of the product they sell and their commitment to have their customers satisfied with what they purchased. I would definitely recommend them to others.
