I live in Barrington, IL and as with many other places, we have several Ford dealerships in the area to choose from. I had a good idea what I wanted when ordering my 2025 Big Bend Bronco with a manual transmission, but there were other features I wasn't sure about and the team at Wickstrom was helpful to make my final decision. Everything was easy with Wickstrom (and I have had problems with other dealerships in the past). The pricing and terms were clear. They did not put extra equipment on the vehicle which other dealerships do and try to force me to pay for it. In transit from the factory, the windshield was cracked by a rock chip. The team at Wickstrom replaced it with an OEM windshield and made everything right. I am extremely happy with my Bronco and the service I got at Wickstrom. Chris Krason was great to work with on the sales team. I highly recommend them to anyone. More

STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY FOR UNNECESSARILY REPAIRS! So my check engine light came on in my Jeep Grand Cherokee, stopped at an auto zone to have the codes read. Code said it was the ESIM module REPAIRS! So my check engine light came on in my Jeep Grand Cherokee, stopped at an auto zone to have the codes read. Code said it was the ESIM module. Took my Jeep in and asked the to replace the ESIM module. The said they will do a diagnostic check and let me know. When they called they said it was a completely different sensor, and a hose…. I said fine fix it. $525.00…. The next day the check engine light pops back on. So I call and they tell me to bring it back in. This time when they check they tell me it the ESIM module…. Now I am pissed as that is what they were supposed to fix the first time. Another $300.00. Feel like I totally got scammed to pay for things that did not need to be fixed. When I asked they, their response was well sorry that you feel that way. My recommend stay away from all Wickstrom dealers they are con artists and make you pay for things you did not ask for.. More
