I highly recommend Wickstrom Chrysler Jeep Dodge specifically Joe Burley in sales. Not only was Joe able to meet my requirements was the price I hoped for but he was also able to get me into a lot m specifically Joe Burley in sales. Not only was Joe able to meet my requirements was the price I hoped for but he was also able to get me into a lot more of a jeep than I ever thought I could afford for an amazing price! His knowledge of the product really helped me reinforce why I'm so excited to be a new 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee owner. The dealership was so clean and very nice even their management was very pleasant to work with when completing my financing paperwork. Joe Burley is an excellent salesman who is easy to talk to and work with I felt very comfortable buying my jeep from him and Wickstrom in Barrington! I LOVE my new jeep and will be a long time Wickstrom client. I plan on referring all my friends and family to Joe when they are in the market for a new or used vehicle!!! More

As Wickstrom is our local Jeep dealer, we visited them first on our quest to purchase a new Grand Cherokee. The visit was cordial, professional, and met our needs with the exception of price. Why is the highest rating only GREAT?? Our experience with the fine people at Wickstrom was OUTSTANDING! Now mind you, we had just come from a dreadful experience at Sherman Dodge/Jeep on Skokies North with the fine people at Wickstrom was OUTSTANDING! Now mind you, we had just come from a dreadful experience at Sherman Dodge/Jeep on Skokies North Shore, where the staff and service were deplorable!!! We had almost lost all faith in the industry. We explained our experience to Jamie at Wickstom and he could not have been more understanding or kinder, if he were our own flesh and blood. Within an hour, he had seen our paperwork and sticker sheet from the "other dealer" and found our car and we purchased it without the "dog and pony show" of going to talk to his manager etc........he understood what we wanted, he asked and listened to what we could afford and he and Adam made it happen. I have posted this positive experince on Facebook and told all of my family and friends. Thank You Jamie and Wickstrom for making a stressful and otherwise nerve wracking experience as pleasant as you did. We will not go anywhere else for our cars in the future. Thank You! More
My 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis developed an electrical problem that other dealers' service departments really downplayed as easily repaired . Turned out the recommendation was way off the mark. Wickstrom is at the far end of my reasonable convenience area, but near a former place of employment. Previous use of this service department was always superior and was the reason I came back for this repair. Frank Oswald was extremely helpful. My auto was quickly and satisfactorily repaired. My experience began with Brandon on 3/16/2012 and he was patient, knowledgeable, and more than willing to answer our questions. We test drove two vehicles, and never once was I pressured to make a decision on the spot. Brandon follow-ed up with on Saturday, and on 3/19/2012 we returned to the dealership to review addtional options with Brandon. Again, no pressure to buy and he willingly answered my many questions. At the end of the day, partially because there was no pressure, we ended up purchasing a new Ford Taurus. The trade amount offered was fair, and even when Brandon got his manager Joe Frederick involved, it was only to introduce him to us and never once did Joe put any pressure on us. He did make himself available if we needed his help, but ultimately that was not required. When dealing with the numbers, Todd was able to get us a finance rate less than we had been able to find on our own, a nice way to complete a win/win situation for all. In my many years of purchasing vehicles, I typically left the dealership feeling "dirty". When I left Wickstrom, I could not have felt better. Thanks to everyone on their staff. More
